1 - Download VeraCrypt from: VeraCrypt Downloads
2 - Run the downloaded VeraCrypt Setup.exe
3 - Accept the License and click Next
4 - Select Extract and click Next
5 - Click OK
6 - Click Yes
7 - Make a note of where you are extracting the files to. Click Extract
8 - Once extraction is complete, click OK
9 - Open the location noted in step 8
10 - Run VeraCrypt.exe
11 - You should be presented with the following window
12 - Please now go to one of the additional guides to create or access a Veracrypt drive.
