Please Note: These instructions were written specifically for a Samsung Galaxy S4, therefore screenshots and prompts may not be exactly representative of your own device
1 - On your Android Device, access the Settings menu
2 - Select Accounts
3 - Click Add Account
4 - Select Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
5 - Enter your Full Email Address and Password, then click Manual Setup
6 - Use the following details:
- Domain\Username is your Full Email Address
- Exchange Server is hdcloud.co.uk
7 - Scroll down and click Next
8 - You may get an Activation Prompt. Click OK
9 - Your device will check all settings entered
10 - You will be prompted to allow Remote Security Admin. This enables you to remotely wipe your device if it is stolen.
11 - Click OK
12 - Select the options you want regarding the size of emails to download, how many weeks to sync your Calendar etc
13 - Scroll down. Choose what you want to Sync (Contacts, Emails, Calendars etc) and click Next
14 - Type a Name for this account. Click Done
15 - Open up the Email icon
16 - You will be prompted to update Security Settings. Click OK
17 - Click Activate
18 - Your email account will now be set up on your Android Device. It will download your data from Hosted Desktop Exchange
