Please Note: These instructions were written specifically for Microsoft Outlook 2010 on a Hosted Desktop UK computer, therefore screenshots and prompts may not be exactly representative if you are using a different version of Outlook with your own computer.

Once you have been given permission to send an email on behalf of someone else:

  1. Start a new mail message by clicking New

  2. If the From box is not visible:

Click Options and click From

Click on the From button and select Other E-mail Address…

  1. Click From…

  2. Highlight the slected user and click OK

  3. Type the rest of the email as you would if you were sending it yourself
